About Me
CURRENT MISSION we are putting the Big Red Barn up for Sale;
6000+ sq.ft. of 100 year old barn in excellent condition. Perfect for a Bed n Breakfast, Events, Hosting Couchsurfers.
I am going to do some traveling. Gerry is going to be doing some traveling before either of us decides what to do next.
Other than that My Current Mission is still to BE here when we aren't somewhere else
ABOUT ME
I love getting to know people, providing good food and a comfy space and sharing some of my fav places. I am sorta an old hippie/ranch girl/motherearth~news type
/conservative-activist-rabblerouser. Laughing and crying with another human is an alchemical process that builds a golden bond.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
By offering a safe space - Call and ask...take a chance call or text 208-404-3994 Especially if you are coming in on short notice - I may not check my messages online until after sundown / working in the garden
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I grew up couchsurfing and didn't know it had a name nor that there was another way to travel til much later in life. We have greatly enjoyed the folks we have hosted from CS as well as others that the Universe has brought our way.
Interests
Growing things, watching people /critters, reading, eating & drinking, living in the moment while soaking up the past. Enjoying whomever I meet. Sharing. Hot Springs, WATER of almost any sort. Hiking, used to ride on the ranch.

Teach, Learn, Share
We are slowly putting in a Canning Kitchen, waiting for that next person to stroll in the front door who is sent by the Universe for that NEXT STEP - we will again be offering experiences in canning, freeze- drying, preserving, cheese/yogurt making, candles and soap, group cooking, wool carding, dying, spinning, weaving, knitting, crocheting, tatting, textile painting, garden art from ferro-cement, and the list goes on - what will you share/teach?
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a good listener - I like to laugh with folks, other than that I will share whichever part of me (see above lol) that my host takes a cotton to.
