I am from a small town Duliajan, Assam Northeast part of India. Currently pursuing PhD at University of Cape Town. Before relocating to Cape Town for my PhD, I lived in Delhi for more than 13yrs and travel across India.

I am full time researcher who works on island geography and understanding river cosmology in Assam, North East India. If I am not traveling for research than I am someone who likes museum hopping, attending concert and going out with friends.

I am can cook good Indian food and share my travel experience from different parts of the South Asia, Europe, Latin America, US and so on.

I am here to make friends and learn more about the people and their culture, food, and sharing my experience as well.

I am ardent believer of "Ubuntu" as said by late Archbishop Desmond Tutu  "Ubuntu is the essence of being human. A person is a person through other persons".
