ABOUT ME

US born son of Italian immigrants. Grew up in the family grocery business. Passionate about cycling and operated a for profit bikeshop for 30 years. Worked as an educator for about 20 years. Married for 5 years and have one adult son. I have a strong identification with my Italian heritage and wish to live in Italy for some years. In 2008, established the Summit Cycling Center, a nonprofit corporation that promotes adult cycling as a transportation alternative.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I enjoy cooking and have some skill in the kitchen. Most of my experience is in cooking Italian dishes.
