ABOUT ME

We have married for 32 years and have been having fun being in the out of doors, traveling the world, and raising our now-grown daughters. With them out of the house, and being semi-retired, it is our time to make every moment count- being active, making connections, and of course traveling.
We would enjoy hosting in our home or just meeting for coffee or a beer to help someone connect with locals and learn about things to do here. There city things and some great hikes nearby.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We would like to build an older demographic on CS and look forward to hosting more people like us.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Our daughter has been hosting people on CS in our home. It has been a great experience for us and we thought it was time we got involved too.

Chris was traveling alone for a few days in Istanbul and had a great experience, meeting up with Banu Engur, a native who showed her all around. It was so nice to have that local connection.
