I love travelling and discovering new places, meeting people and learning more and more about life..
I am interested in Music, Arts, Spirituality.
My main focus is on my spiritual growth, evolving and opening more and more to life and love.
I love anything that reveals the bliss and ecstasy of being... Kirtan, Dance, Yoga, Meditation... Lovemaking with Life itself.
I have been on the road for 10 years now, in Asia, Australia, Africa and America. My favourite countries in the world are India, Indonesia, Mexico and Colombia and I love spending my time in some very special places in Thailand and Guatemala...

Yoga, Meditation, Arts, Music.
I play a bit of Indian Harmonium and love Indian Classical Music, Kirtan, all sorts of Electronic music, Reggae, Reggaeton, Salsa, Cumbia and music from all over the world.
I love practicing Bikram Yoga, and I teach and practice Tantra Yoga.
As you can imagine, doing that, I'm not into drugs, alcohol or tobacco but into organic healthy food and the beautiful healing techniques you can find on this planet.
I am interested as well in Body arts from different cultures.
I love Ceremony and Ritual, and Celebration of the Divine, mainly in their Indian forms.

My favourite band is Groundation and I love Electronic and Latin music...
My favourite authors are Thich Nhat Hanh, Krishnamurti, Eckhart Tolle, Caroline Myss, to just name a few.
I don't watch movies a lot, but I can even do romantic hollywood comedies!

I have seen amazing things and places on this trip.. but the most important experiences happened always internally. I met amazing people and all of them showed me more about myself..
I am so happy and deeply grateful that I am able to travel and be on this path and that I learned about yoga and meditation, which totally transformed my life in more and deeper ways than I could ever have imagined.

I teach Tantric Yoga and Tantric Philosophy and can definitely give you a private class and coaching that will help you to feel even more peaceful, joyful and energetic and support you in your unique qualities. I am also happy to offer an Indian ceremony with mantras that I teach as an exchange for a longer stay.
