My partner Julie and I moved to Ashland, Oregon recently after living in the heart of Los Angeles for the past 13 years. This place is incredible! We came here to realize our dream of building a mini eco village where family and friends can come to disconnect and revitalize their spirits. We are now spending much of our time researching, planning and exploring the area. We believe in LIVING, work is just something that we do to allow us to live the lives we want. We also believe in the brotherhood of mankind and hope to continue making new friends and spreading love to all of those we encounter. We smoke weed (it's even legal here!) but we don't drink much so keep that in mind. If you are the type who likes to get sloppy drunk this probably isn't the place for you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mostly to make friends around the world. My roommate used to host people out of our apartment and it was always fun. I think it's way better to stay with people who know what is going on in a city or town rather than counting on a hotel concierge who will just send you to the same place as all of the other tourists. We travel a lot too so it would be cool to have people to visit.

Interests

Around here I am either hiking, biking, snowboarding, river kayaking, or tripping. I love music, I go to multiple festivals each year. I listen to just about anything I can dance, cry or sing to except modern country music, mainstream EDM, and hip hop that focuses on money and/or violence.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We have an extra bedroom and plenty of floor space. We can show you around town, maybe lend you a bicycle, you can use our kitchen, basically come chill with us.
