About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To get to the bottom of this thing...you know...life
ABOUT ME
I am nesting in Pittsburgh with a fixer upper house, new bride, old dog, old cat and relatively new job. I am generally very enthusiastic and very skeptical and I don't like to write about myself...but i love to talk about myself.
PHILOSOPHY
People tend to try too hard and end up phony or not try at all and end up boring. Try to just enjoy yourself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Not very much lately. I have become pretty discriminating and withdrawn after getting a thousand requests from people I am not really connecting with. Ive been on the site long enough to whine about good old days, but really i just want to hang out with people on my page and not just people on their magical one time road trip.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I started with Couchsurfing in 2005 and have surfed in Puerto Rico, Iceland, France, Sweden, Japan, Belgium, the UK, Montreal, Toronto, Germany. I lived in a hostel in Nashville, Tennessee for 8 months. I surfed before there was a couchsurfing in California and New York and ended up living in both places. So it's been a good experience so far.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Tokyo is amazing, Snuck around the abbey at Mont St. Michelle which was amazing, Belgian beer is amazing, Iceland hotsprings...amazing, and I carried an injured person off of a mountain...well there were a bunch of us and it wasn't amazing, it actually sucked. She had these bratty kids eating chips and I was so hungry and cold. So no mountainclimbing.
