I am a yoga instructor in Fairhope, AL. I was ske[tical about surfing but I needed a place to stay so I tried it and I think it's grand.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

What kinds of experiences have you had through CouchSurfing?I've surfed once while travelig for a week long Yoga Training. It was awesome. It's a great way to meet people and learn about the town quickly rather than trying to figure it out on your own.

Interessi

What do you like to do in your free time?I love yoga... of course. I love to go to concerts, instrumental and jam... I love bluegrass. Camping is fun... escpecially camping festivals. I live in the woods now and it's beautiful on the creek. The animals aren't as caught in the rat race like us humans, it's nice to be reminded to slow down and what really matters.

TV:   Netflix Family Guy and the likeBooks,     I read to study yoga and massage... that's it. Music,   Tim Reynolds, Keller Wiliams, Widespread Panic, North MS Allstars, etc.

Share a story of something that really struck you.Umm.... good question. I like to sit and watch people. I'm not an adrenaline junkie and this is the area to brag about some tall object you jumped off of or something . lol. I know my life is not this mundane but I don't know... thinking.... thinking... hangout fest was cool but that's not for this section and that was a while ago... I guess I need to plan a vacation soon. :)

What kinds of skills or information could you share with someone? What would you like to learn?I know a lot about the body, relieving pain with alignment and different ... more positive ways to think. I consider myself a well rounded person, I have a lot of interests. I love to make things. I bet I would be interested in anything soemone had to share.
