ABOUT ME

I grew up in a rural area about 25 miles outside Buffalo, NY. I currently work in Albany, NY for the state government, been there for about 10 years. I recently moved to New Lebanon, NY. I have a particular interest in environmental issues. I am considered by many to be a hippie, enjoy going skinny dipping and going on random adventures. I've been a vegetarian for about 25 years.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I recently moved in an apartment in New Lebanon, NY. It is sparce, but will shortly be making the space available to travelers (mostly on weekends).

Interests

Spending time in the Adirondacks and Vermont. I spend quite a bit of time hiking, camping, hanging out at beaches, exploring museums, saunas, singing bowls, and reading.
