About Me
MY PHILOSOPHY: To meet as many interesting people as possible to broaden my curiosity further! I’m very much an optimist and love a deep conversation to see how others view the world; if you’re a dreamer/big thinker then we’ll get along just fine!
I love teaching (RE and Philosophy) and try to balance this with travelling as much as possible. My aim is to become financially independent so that I can travel anywhere at any time - what a life it would be!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING - I used to Couchsurf quite a lot in my uni days and I've found a nice little balance again at 25 to work and enjoy myself

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies:
I love a good cult film or anything surreal.
Music:
Very open minded so hard to simplify down! From all the sub-genres of metal and rock to experimental and alternatives like avant-garde and jazz.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Can’t pick one so here’s a few:
+Hitch hiked in Pais Vasco, despite not being able to talk Basque
+Hitchbiked (if you can call it that) in Netherlands
+Spontaneously went windsurfing in Friesland despite not knowing the first thing about it/who any of the people were
+Canoe raced around the city of Utrecht
+Watched my favourite guitarist of all time on a pond by rubber boat in the Netherlands (Omar Rodríguez-López) by sheer coincidence
+Almost got into trouble with armed guards in Israel for saving a kitten
Teach, Learn, Share
As long as you’re passionate about it, I want to learn it!
I've never found a use for the skill but I'm quite a contortionist so I could always give you some freakshow party tricks to share. Either that or help you out with yoga!
I’m a bit of a musician so if you are too then that’d be a bonus!
Failing that, I love a long winded conversation about nothing and everything, especially with good company.
