I spent 2 years in San Francisco before coming out to Australia for the last year. I am looking to go back to the Bay Area as my visa is expiring before end of October. I had done farm work out here for seriously no money just to be able to return for a second year in the future. My ex girlfriend is sending me money for the ticket back. Most my friends in the area have full house already so I'm trying couch surfing for the first time.

While I was in SF before, I was a Bicycle Mechanic and Transportation Specialist for Bike and Roll. And briefly worked for City Siteseeing Tours. I was hoping to go right into my second year in Australia but last minute changes as the Aussie government made law changes to the backpackers made it a bit more difficult to stay.

I'm a cig and pot smoker, (outside only) easy going and keep tidy. When staying at friends years ago, I cleaned house dishes regularly as I am more comfortable when place is in order. I strongly believe in Karma. I am spiritual, not religious and respectful of others beliefs but will not tolerate those who can not be respectful of others'.

Love life and experience. Learning new things. I grew up watching educational programming. I am more of a nightttime person, but am not interested in nightlife so much as I find myself ill around too many people in close quarters. I have mild hearing loss and loud noises make me queezy. Social drinker of cider beers.

I would love to say I have a bubbly personality but I'm actually a bit more withdrawn than average person. Getting out in the world is changing me little by little and I am enjoying life rather than studying it more so,

I was raised in the Rocky Mountains of Montana in a Mormon family. 5 older sisters and 3 brothers, 2 of which are older. I've had lifelong insomnia, but pot helps me with that. I'm introverted until I get to know you better.

So I'm looking to start anew with minimal resources. Hoping to find someone understanding of my situation and able to help me with housing and a bit of food as I'm seeking employment and getting stable. I do have a couple of friends with spare rooms to fill for rent so soon as I'm earning I hopefully will be able to move on after paying back what I can for food etc.

I am hoping to be there by around the 10th of October.

I prefer classical music or instrumental as I can't distinguish lyrics well due to my hearing loss. I actually read textbooks cover to cover even if I don't understand everything. Grisham, Art of War, Legends of the Samurai etc. I used to watch a lot but rarely over last few years.
