About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To motorcycle from Canada to Brazil
ABOUT ME
I am traveling on my motorcycle all over North, Central and South America. As of today (July 4th, 2010) I am in Todos Santos, Baja Caifornia Sur, Mexico. Hablo espanol, falo portugues, je parle francais and I am totally down to communicate in these languages.
I am easy going and am looking for a more interesting way to move through Latin America than staying alone in motels. I am always down for good food, partying, and anything outdoors
PHILOSOPHY
I am on this long journey to change gears and figure out what my personal philosophy is. Right now I don't really want to do anything other than talk with people, open my mind again and enjoy a slow pace
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I just became a member on the road upon a friend's recommendation, so I have not yet hosted anyone. I am sure that this community is awesome, so I will definitely be into bringing some good vibes to the community when i have my own place again.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had my first couch surf in San Jose de Cabo, Mexico. It was awesome. I became super could friends with my two hosts, who were so much fun and showed me a truly great time in Southern Baja! I even went to a couch surfing gathering and met a bunch of local couch surfing hosts and their repective guests. It was a great night!

Music, Movies, and Books
I just read Lord of the Flies, which somehow i missed in highschool. Awesome. Also just read City of Theives. Also awesome.
Music. Lots of brazilian reaggae, latin music too, Quebecois music - awesome, lots of stuff like LCD Soundsystem and Chromeo, but also chiller sounds. I don't like Bolivian flute music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
one time i built a balsita (little boat made of balsa logs) in the Bolivian Amazon and navigated 500kms of river with a guy native of that area. Every night we had to deconstruct the boat to use some of the fasteners (like shoe laces) that held the boat together to erect camp. The whole trip was amazing, between warding off fresh water mantas with sticks and fighting paralyzing amounts of mosquitos, i got my shar of adventure!
