Our mission is currently to provide all the possible happiness for our cute little daughters.

ABOUT ME

We are two behind this nickname.
Bilou is pretty talkative and his girlfriend thinks he's very gorgeous. He loves his bikes and his Biloute and cycles big big tours (1200km in last August, in 72h for Paris-Brest-Paris).
Biloute couchsurfed already a couple of times in Germany, in the Netherlands and in Italy. She loves her cats and her Bilou. She had a lot of fun with her first triathlons, which was actually a cross tri (swimming, mountain bike, trail), and was also a bit of inconscious because she never rode a mountain bike before. Unlike Bilou, she does not intend to do bigger triathlons than size M, which is already quite a goal (1500m swimming, 40km cycling, 10km running).

We have 3 daughters: 4 month-old, 2,5 year-old and 6 year-old, who are of course the nicest in the world (parents are supposed to be objective, right?).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We've already hosted a couple of time when we lived in Normandy and host about once a month since we are in Bordeaux (depending on our availability).

If you come home, we can feed you and/or show you around on the evening if we are available.
/!\ Please be aware that we don't host over week-ends (until saturday morning at the latest, from sunday evening at the soonest).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Bilou is quite new and surfed and hosted once each. Biloute hosted several Couchsurfers under an old profile name, when she lived in Aachen, Germany and surfed a couple of couches, with always great memories. We had wonderful experiences together in Sicily thanks to Fabio and his family, in Sardegna thanks to Pippo and Tommi and in Copenhagen thanks to Runa.

Interests

Sports: we ride a tandem together; Bilou owns over one hundred bikes at least, Biloute stopped to count after 5. Biloute swims. We both started to practice triahtlon in septembre 19, just for fun!

Music: Bilou listens to every music existing, Biloute plays the piano, used to play the bass in a band, and learns the violin.

Travel: Biloute traveled a lot with only a flight ticket in the pocket. She teaches now Bilou how to do!

Cooking: we are both experimental cooking aficionados!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Biloute can turn her tongue 360°.
We both participated in a humanitarian mission in Chile, where we built a wood workshop for Mapuche weavers.

Teach, Learn, Share

Biloute can teach you what chocolate is made of, whether there is milk powder or cocoa or... Just ask! Bilou can do anything with a piece of wood.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A nice meal and a nice discussion!

Please note that we have 3 daughters. The oldest is 6 and will be eager to interact with you. We don't have anything against people who are not interested in children but we don't want neither our kids to be rejected nor to feel that they are bothering anyone. So if you decide to send us a request, make sure that you are comfortable with a kid on your knees or, depending on your knowledge of French, with reading an evening story.
