ABOUT ME

I love to travel (hence the couchurfing account,) I am a university student studying politics, I enjoy a good meal with good company, and I like to think that I'm a pretty chill person. Oh, and I don't party all that much.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Why I'm on Couchsurfing? Well, I'm a traveler by nature, and would like to meet like-minded people. People are fascinating, and there is no better way to fuel that fascination than to meet people from other cultures.

I haven't been able to host yet, but hopefully when I return to DC (I'm traveling at the moment) I'll be able to!

No experience yet! Within a month or so I should have something better to fill in here.

Intereses

I play ultimate frisbee; yes, it is a sport, and no, it is not easy. I am in awe of the world around me, so I love to learn about different places, histories, and cultures. I am also a writer (its nothing serious, just to document my travels.)

Música, películas y libros

I'm definitely one of those people who says they like everything, and I mean it. While I might not be the most knowledgeable when it comes to these, I am certainly open to any recommendations, and would love to talk books and music.

A few movies I especially like: Run Lola Run, Attack the Block, (all of) Harry Potter, and around Christmastime I am a Christmas movie fanatic.

Books: I tend to dislike books while I'm reading them, but appreciate them all in hindsight.

Music: Almost anything, as long as it isn't too hard core, I'll enjoy it.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I am moderately good at a lot of things, but not spectacular at anything. It's a blessing and a curse to be able to do almost anything, but not excel. I can offer mediocre piano and tennis lessons, decent English lessons, and teach you how to properly throw a frisbee.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I love, love, love to hear about other places. I can offer random, unnecessary knowledge and good conversation. More than that, though, I like to enjoy company quietly and study what is going on around me. People-watching is a favorite pastime of mine.
