Music, Movies, and Books
I love Classical Music and Salsa Music. I also like listening to traditional music of different countries.
I used to read books and watch movies a lot in the past. But now, because I'm interested in photography I usually read books and articles about photography and watch some videos about photography and post proccessing techniques.
Well, if I want to read something else I just read some crime fiction by Jean Christophe Grange. And if I want to watch something else I just watch some movies on Netflix according to my mood.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I left Istanbul in 2010 after losing my mother. I was already retired. I lived in a village house , with very limited electricity and water for two years. The nearest village was about 3,5 km away and the house was in the middle of fields.
So, it was really an adventure for me after the comfortable life in Istanbul which is a big metropol. I experienced all the pleasures and difficulties of wilderness.
I think it has been the most interesting experience of my life so far. I was only with my feelings and nature. My old dog was with me and shared the every moment of this experience.
I learnt how to live with nature side by side. I never missed people as I was full of emotions and the nature made me so happy. It was very tiring for a woman to live such a life , as I did all duties such as carrying wood, cleaning the stovepipes etc.
Even so, I'm very happy to have had such an experience :-)
