Just completed my 500hr YTT (Yoga Teach Training in Taupō) so, YOGA, & anything Outdoors!!! SNOW! The mountains; riding or climbing/hiking. Biking. Being on the water - canoe, kayak, surf board? standup paddle boarding!!
