Overview
About Me
I'm an easy going girl who likes to live a happy life without causing cruelty to others. My roots are German, US American, Native American and Irish. But I was born and raised in Switzerland. After the typical career of University degree and corporate career (Marketing Executive at Ernt & Young), I have quit my job last summer (2015). The trigger to change my life was a severe accident with my horse Pantufla which made me think about life while recovering in hospital. So I decided to start following my calling. Which is helping people to find love in their life and to teach Yoga. This was the best decision ever. The past months were amazing. Besides the love coaching, I help my partner with his movie project which is supported by UNESCO. I do the fundraising and Marketing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am amazed about the concept of Couchsurfing. It brings out the beautiful sides of humanity. And I'm sure, that everyone who hosts couchsurfers are super cool great spirited people. I don't have a permanent place to call my home right now since I am a nomad. But I have two "headquarters". One in Aswan, Egypt and one in Phoenix Arizona. So whenever you come to Egypt or Phoenix Arizona when I'm there you are welcome to stay with us.
Interests
I love nature. Animals are important in my life. I like sailing and horse back riding. Going jogging in nature always makes me happy. At the moment I live a nomadic life and am loving it! Spending time with my friends and family is important for me as well.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love Music in general. If I need to be more specific, then I would say James Morrion, Xavier Rudd, Bob Marley, Snatam Kaur, Eva Cassidy, The Eagles, Chill out music and some Swiss and German singers.
My favourite Movie: Almost everything from Woody Allen. And of course every movie my boyfriend made.
Books: I do not read much fiction. My books are more non-fiction around health, nutrition and self management. Martha Beck is one of the authors that inspire me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent one month in an Buddhist Ashram in India to get my Yoga teacher certificate. We had to follow a very strict schedule, starting 5am in the morning and ending at 11pm. We slept in dorms and had to wash our uniforms by hand. Food was served twice a day only. Always the same blunt curry which we had to eat using our fingers. Reducing the level of comfort to a minimum helped me a lot to realize that we don't need much in life. Only peace of mind and health. Everything else is a mind thing.
Teach, Learn, Share
Whenever a path of someone crosses my path, there are things to share and learn. I have a universal understanding of love and can inspire people to let go of expectations they have towards others.
On the other hand I like to listen to life stories and to leverage my knowledge.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I could share my knowledge I gained on how to leave the 9-5 job and start a life as a digital nomad. There were many learnings I made. I can offer Yoga lessons or teach how to consume nutritious healthy food.
And I will give my best to bring a happy spirit with me.
