Overview
About Me
I'm a journalist/reporter based in Istanbul, currently covering business and market reports for a wide range of international journals as well as individual clients. Apart from these serious stuff, I love taking long walks on different routes towards Istanbul's historical peninsula and sometimes the Bosphorus coast; visiting bookshops and collecting some old stuff and taking photos...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Getting to know a new friend is like identifying the secrets of a new planet in a distant galaxy. That's why I try to touch as many hearts as I can and never give a break to observe people and the society passionately. Coachsurfing is absolutely a unique platform to expand our network of global community.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Journalism itself is an amazing occupation which has so long driven and is still driving me to new adventures which I'll prefer to share with you in your visit :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
My 1+1 flat is just 10 minutes away from one of the most famous and busy avenues of Istanbul, İstiklal Avenue (Istiklal Street) by walk. I have a L shaped sofa on my living room which can be transformed into a double bed by the extension you see on the photo. I'd also be glad to share my food and drinks with my guests.
