We both are working fulltime in health-system- we are busy, but I still find enough time to spend with friends, having fun. On weekends we need a little spare time for ourself after the working week (!), but usually have time to show you around or go with you to an event in the evening.On weekdays we can share an evening and decide spontaneously what to do..we appreciate open- minded people with a good and intelligent sense of humour...
By the way: we are a female couple.

PHILOSOPHY

Time is too precious to spend it with people I don`t like in my sparetime. So my partner, family and friends are the most important things in our life!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

It´s an amazing idea and I´m really surprised how wonderful it works. Even though I still have to persuade a lot of people that it`s easy if you have trust : not everyone in this world you don`t know is an axt-murderer!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had just great experiences with CS from 2005-2010. And I hope it will go on like this...I hosted a lot of people, but for every host it is sooo important to surf sometimes others peoples couch and see "the other side"! I learned a lot about being a host when I surfed couches!
I paused CS for a couple of years: It seemed to become a dating Platform and there was not much left of the great idea.
However.. proof me, I am wrong...I am tankful if you do so..

Intereses

Travelling, spending time with friends,hiking and enjoying live...we have 6 grandchildren !!.
I would love to play an instrument: started trombone when I was 14, but the neigbours collected money to make me stop exercising:No, seriously- I was not consequent enough to hang on. And today I regret beeing so lazy...

T.C.Boyle- his first books are undescribable..
Jasper FForde, Zadie Smith, Steinbeck,Costello, Harukami Murakami and and and- there are so many good books out there..
I can`t tell, which kind of music I prefer- from classic to punk to quiet music :depends on my mood, I guess.
Movies:depends on my mood, too...I love Almodovar movies for example...but Cartoon movies as well (can`t resist Shrek or Spongebob)- so either if it`s Action, Crime, Romance or very taxing french movie- I`m interested...
