I am Birte and on the platform since 2019. Unfortunatly I have no Couchsurfing experience yet, which I really want to change.
Currently I am between studies and living in Cologne, Germany. I have travelled a bit so far, especially during my volunteer service in Estonia. Currently I am planning an Interrail trip with a friend of mine.
I really enjoy meeting new people and learning about different lifestyles. I play the guitar and enjoy handcrafts in my freetime. If you want to know more about me, just ask :)

音乐、电影和书籍

Generally I ask others to choose the music, so I learn about new musicians. If I choose for myself I listen mostly to Rock from the 70s and 80s. And I am a little bit obsessed with Woodstock.

I grew up with Pippi Longstocking and Harry Potter who still are part of my life, even so I don't like some of the authors opinions.

Currently I am looking for another series to watch and am very open to suggetions ;)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

A great experience for me was my volnteer service in Estonia. I really love the nature of this beautiful country, the calm people and my work in the village Maarja Küla. I still feel at home in Maarja Küla and am always excited to go back there.

I have some cooking skills, I always enjoy sharing. I love to learn words from different languages. I believe the most important word for me is "thank you!". Sharing a laugh is always important and a big part of meeting new people for me.
