ABOUT ME

As of this moment(and about another years worth of moments) I have taken up residence as a student at Ball State University. Though upon my graduation (and assuredly before it) I have a great interest in expanding my perspective of culture, language, and experience through travel and friendship.

I never have been able to chalk up a satisfying description of myself in a 2x7 box, probably never will, I guess that can be added to my personal philiosphy box "dont try and explain your life in a paragraph" or maybe to my interest box "likes to talk about things other than himself in his "all about you" box".

In all earnestness though, I am one who will always appreciate astute observations on the world, subtle insight, comedic undertone (and overtone, and whatever the tone in the middle is called, so really just things that are funny, no need to incorprate any type of tone into the equation), and lots more...

Ok, one more thing, I cant help myself. I think if anyone ever somehow surveyed the bands that people with Myspace, Facebook, and everyother social networking site have listed under their "favorite music" column the hands down most popular band would be "and lots more...", everyone puts it to safeguard against the -you dont like that band so your not cool effect-, or they pull the ol' -my music taste is so broad that I cant even think of all the bands i like tactic-...

Though I have no immediate plans to travel, I am (depending on my living situation, home or college) always welcoming of couchsurfers, and I look forward to eventually being able to make connections with people throughout the globe.

I have found that movies directed by Wes Anderson are hilarious.

As far as music goes, I most avidly listen to Radiohead, Four Tet, Beirut, Burial, Sigur Ros, and lots more...(haha)

I enjoy authors such as Kurt Vonnegut, Ayn Rand, George Orwell, and CS Lewis.
