ABOUT ME

Well,I was born and raised in Rizhao, Shandong province, China.Four years ago i went to Beijing for further study. I got a bachelor degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University this year. I am planning for staying in the UK for two years for my master degree.I have a bunch of friends, be it Chinese or non-Chinese. I love meeting new people and visiting new places.I am very open-minded and easy to get along with. I have been the member of this group since 2011 but i did not use the web often which is a pity. I am getting more and more engaged into this group as my best friend who has traveled more than 20 countries encouraged me to find more time go traveling.As a result,i started to travel and hang out with interesting people frequently. Plus, I have this fabulous opportunity to study in UK,so it is no doubt i want to experience as much as i can.

Actually,i am really into language learning and want to know people from other countries about their lives, cultures and behaviors.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I know Couchsurfing from my best friend Natalia,an amazing Russian girl.I had been to some Couch Surfer get-together when i was in Beijing. I had a whole lot of unforgettable experiences there.We chatted and hanged out together.Sometimes we even cook in some friends' flats. Most people from CS are really friendly and helpful.I love this group

I love meet new people and am full of curiosity about new places and eager to explore new lifestyles.

I do few outdoor activities these years as i am busy with my study but i really love yoga. i love the feeling after doing that exercise that you can get sweaty in your whole body.It is really comfortable and relaxing. I learned how to swim at the beginning of this year. It is a bit late to pick up the skill but Luckily, I can do several strokes now so I could teach you how to swim as I know it is not easy for adults to learn swimming.

My most favorite movie is Life of Pi directed by Ann Lee, my favorite director,Les Choristes and The Sound of Music. I love American sitcoms as well like Friends,Big Bang Theory, Modern Family,etc.Recently i am fascinated by British series like Sherlock and Downton Abbey.
I did not read much.When i was in college i read some English novels.I love novels written by Dickens and Jane Austen.Some of my best friends are trying to find me books to improve my reading lol, which really touch me.

I think Making the decision of going abroad for further study is the most exciting thing i have ever had.I have overcome many difficulties to fulfill my dream. I believe that i will work harder to finish my master and will not let my parents and friends down.
