Hi, my name is Bjoern and I come from Germany. Currently I stay in Xiamen (china) where I spend a semester abroad to learn chinese and get to know chinese culture.
I am very open minded and like to get to know people from all over the world. So please don't be afraid if my study major looks boring to you, as I can asure I also have a lot of other interests :D
In my spare time, you would see me often on the tennis court or at other sports locations. The evening I like to spend with friends and occasionaly some beers :) But I rather like to have a nice conversation in a relaxed atmosphere then hopping clubs.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I joined Couchsurfing because I want to get to know local people on my travelling. In order to improve my chinese, I would also be happy to find people I can practice the language with :)
I am new to couchsurfing, so I can't offer many references. Instead a added some nice pictures of my time in china, so you know at least that I look like a friendly person. Hope this convinces you :D

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I did a bycicle trip from Berlin to Boulogne (France). This was 18 days of pain (and mostly rain) but a livelasting experience I did together with a friend.

I bring a lot of pictures from china, stories from the many times I travelled arround the world...and german chocolate if I didn't eat it by then. I would love to get to know more about taiwan and can in return tell you everything about germany. I would be especialy happy if I could speak some mandarin with my host. But I have to admit this takes a bit patience as I'm just intermediate level.
