Overview
About Me
I’m a Norwegian PhD student at the University of Cambridge (Trinity College).
My favourite things to do are travelling, getting to know and hang out with new people, trying various activities, and learning new things. I love to exercise, listen to music, party, and go on adventures. I want to see every country, and have been to over 40 countries so far.
My PhD project are focused on aging and longevity research to extend our healthy lifespan. Specifically, we work to rejuvenate (reverse aging) tissues, organs, and hopefully in the future, entire bodies, in order to extend the period in which we are healthy and do not have diseases. That way, we can travel and explore the world for longer:)
Previously, I did a Bachelor in Molecular Genetics at King’s College London and worked in the Genetics Deparment at Harvard Medical School.
