About Me

As an Ishaya monk, I have dedicated my life to service and the support of raising consciousness, so that we all remember who we really are and can all live a life in peace and harmony with each other. The tool we teach as The Bright Path Ishayas is the Ascension meditation practice, which is easy to learn yet powerful when applied. It allows us to experience love, joy, happiness in every moment and reduces the stress in our nervous system. It does not require any belief and is suited for all humans of any age, race, cultural or religious background or faith. We don't claim it is the only tool to freedom - there are many routes! But in my experience it is such a simple and powerful practice.

Apart from that, I love real encounters with real people. I'm open minded, spontaneous, intelligent, lazy, interested, funny, naive, persistent, loyal, imaginative, keen, helpful, challenging, friendly, male.

* Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. (A Course In Miracles)

* However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results. (Winston Churchill)

* love it, change it, or leave it!

* good friends are like stars: you don't always see them, but you know they're always there!

* You can't eat an elephant but slice by slice

* Nichts Wirkliches kann bedroht werden. Nichts Unwirkliches existiert.

* Erst sehen, was sich machen lässt - dann machen, was sich sehen lässt.

offenherzig, starrköpfig, spontan, intelligent, faul, interessiert, witzig, naiv, ausdauernd, loyal, phantasievoll, geschieden, ehrgeizig, hilfsbereit, herausfordernd, pragmatisch, liebevoll, männlich

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

some years ago i decided to visit this planet. now i'm stuck. :-)

Teach, Learn, Share

as a meditation teacher, I'm obviously happy to share about my practice. however, the technique themselves need to be shared in a specific environment which can always be organised.

love giving and receiving massages. i've not learnt to do it, but am a natural talent. again, as it involves physical touch, it is a very sensitive topic.

also happy to help with any technical challenges (computer, mobile phones, electricity, household items).

What I Can Share with Hosts

i love cooking, so i could definitely prepare something to eat (if you like it is up to you). i could also fix some small stuff if necessary. i love conversations, make people smile, go dancing. so i could sure offer having a good time! :-)
