I travel a lot for work and get tired of the anonymous business hotels. Always interested in a chance to connect with local people and see what life is really like in that location.

Music, Movies, and Books

My first degree was in music. I like to take in a concert or opera in foreign cities when I can.
Movies - Anything by Francois Ozon, la nouvelle vague, French films with little action and all atmosphere or emotional tension. But I can also get into action films like the Bourne trilogy, etc.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a pretty decent cook. simple things but a French approach. I love gardening and like getting my hands dirty. I always enjoy learning about places my hosts have been that I have yet to visit. I don't mind helping out with cleaning or other things that need a hand while I'm around. If it's just a brief stay, I'll invite you out for dinner.
I do yoga when I manage to get to the gym. I'm not great at it but would enjoy it if my host was into yoga as well.
