ABOUT ME

Hey there!

I'm a scientist and DJ living in Brooklyn, NY. I'm very active in the NYC Burner scene and various music or lifestyle-related scenes. I tend to work pretty normal hours during the week, but have free time in the evenings and weekends. Weekends are often spent helping throw great parties =)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted a few surfers at my place, and I have stayed w/ couchsurfers in Europe.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My partner Diana and I traveled Europe for a few weeks this past fall and had a really excellent couchsurfing experience. The two of us have also started to make some fun connections here in NYC through couchsurfing, and have been turning some of our other friends onto the site.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a DJ and am really into electronic dance music culture. Currently feeling a lot of electro house, Baile funk, Balkan beats, breaks, and other bass-heavy world-beat influenced dance music. Recently started some production work and am excited to be releasing some of my own tunes soon!

I would love to learn some breakdancing moves, circus skills (hoop, stilt, silks, acroyoga, etc.), or music production skills =)
