I grew up in Istanbul and also living there since my birth. I adore Istanbul and the aspects of it such as the cultural background, the geographical position etc. Also I have lots of friends there. After my K12 education, I started to university. I'm studying mechanical engineering right now. I really like to travel and i appreciate backpacking. I travelled most of the places in Turkey. I really like to see new places and meet with new people. There are a lot of things that one can learn from these kinds of experiences. I travelled in Europe and i stayed with host families. They were very nice people. I also hosted people at my home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Firstly, I want to travel. Also i want to meet new people. Staying at hotels don't give you that posibility. Staying with hosts also a good choice because unexpected events can happen at voyages. It's very helpful to arrange a host in those kind of times.

I can teach some basic aspects of my native language as well as the current affairs of the country i live in. I am always open to new ideas and really like to learn new things. I like intersubjective learning thus i want both me and my host to learn new things from my visit.
