Overview
About Me
California-native, raised in a very Croatian household in the small(ish) port town of San Pedro in the much larger greater Los Angeles area. That alone should tell you a lot about me, but here's the f̶u̶l̶l̶ partial story...
After graduating from SP High and finally learning how to properly pronounce English words (Mama & Tata still say sawl-men for salmon and fool for full), I continued my education--but mostly fled as far away from the nest as I had the courage inside of me to do--90 miles north (so brave I know) along the California coast to UC Santa Barbara, where I learned how to fully embrace the laid-back, easy-going personality that was bestowed upon me from birth. Beautiful beaches, amazing sunsets, friendly and social people, Santa Barbara was the heaven I had always known was out there, and hope to one day return to.
Fast-forward through college graduation, coming out as a gay man--if we ever meet in person I'll tell you all about the epic "coming-out" party that I had, rainbow rice-crispy treats, penis-shaped cookies and all--moving back to San Pedro with the parents, only to quickly realize that the times of semi-peaceful cohabitation were long, long past with them, moving back out to Hollywood, CA where I currently reside with my amazing boyfriend (see photo) and beautiful cousin and here I am now, completely over the LA lifestyle and looking forward to nothing more than the approaching date of departure on a journey through Europe with the love of my life/previously mentioned boyfriend--his name is Kale, yes, just like the lettuce.
We're both extremely pleasant people, and it's usually a fun, competitive game for us to see who can end the night with more instagram followers--something that we take pretty seriously, despite our lack of admittance, but a true testament to our out-going personalities.
Super social, really respectful, properly polite, flirtatiously fun, Kale and I are always up for fun adventures, meeting new people and sharing great conversations over a delicious home-made meal and copious amounts of red wine.
We're so stoked to go on this journey together, and we hope to cross paths with you soon!
