ABOUT ME

I'm a 21-year-old purple-haired girl, who studies in Frankfurt/Main to become an English and Math teacher. Currently I'm in my 3rd semester. When I'm not occupied with studying, I work quite a lot especially as a private teacher.

In my spare time I love playing billiard, reading books (esp. thrillers) and taking care of my pets (2 dogs, 2 mice, 1 snake, 2 turtles, 2 bearded dragons).

About my character: I'm very outgoing and like to meet new people. I'm always one for a laugh and very honest. I hate lying, as it just disappoints. Many people say I'm a bit naive, because I tend to trust very fast. But is the good in man already dead? I don't think so!
What I like most about me is being helpful, but I dislike me having to fight my weaker self to get up early in the morning. But it's never problem to go to bed late ^^

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have any experience yet. But I would like to!!!
I will be in London for week in August and will hopefully make my first experience there :)

Interests

Billiard, friends, parties, reading and pets.

I'm also very interested in modern ways of teaching, as I had a lot of conservative, boring teachers myself. So share your experiences with me :-)

Also, I'm truly addicted to tattoos and piercings. I have 5 tattoos, 10 piercings + 6 earrings. But there will be more ;) I'd love to be shown local tattoo studios when I'm in London.... and maybe a tattoo artist has time for me :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies such as Snatch, 5 Fingers, Lucky # Slevin etc. which are not that foreseeable!

Music: especially Rise Against :-) I could listen to them the whole day (sometimes I do^^). But I can rock to everything. :)

Books: I love Patrick Süskind, Nick Hornby and thrillers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing this year was meeting Isobel Varley at Frankfurt's tattoo convention. She is the most tattood senior woman in the world and REALLY a personality worth meeting :)

I: "Which tattoo hurted the most?"
Isobel: (Looks at me. Puts her fingertips at her hairline....) "The head!" (..and pulls off her wig to show me her tattooed skull!!! THAT was amazing!)

Teach, Learn, Share

Well I would like to improve my English skills. Does anyone out there need help with Math? ^^

Additionally, I'm an expert in teaching guys how to cook so they don't starve when being alone for a week :D
