I'm a grateful hedonist - I like to taste, breathe, revel in, praise, meditate on, cherish, and generally roll around in my blessings.

I love herbs and natural healing, down-to-earth people, silly games, good food, bad puns, Joseph Campbell and Carl Jung, folk music and picture books, water, soft blankets, ripe fruit, kids and cats, learning and teaching, the wild longing I get in my chest every Fall, searching for beauty, and adventures

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

With a warm bed or safe place to camp in exchange for good company and some stories from the road. If I'm staying at your place, I'm happy to cook a meal, give henna tattoos, share some herbal wisdom, do a Medicine Card reading, help in the garden, watch the kiddos, share ideas to aid you on your journey, or generally make myself useful in whatever way makes sense.
