I generally love natural things, smells and sounds and touch- cold water swimming or gardening or camping out, I chase emotions and find that the outdoors is most invigorating.

Music, Movies, and Books

Alot of Sociology lately.

A well written novel where you can relate to its characters and story.

Emotionally stirring poetry can be a great way to excercise your heart.

Movies - those ones that pack a life time into it, like Forrest Gump or Legends of the Fall. Epics or dramas. Postive inspiring ones like the Shawshack.
Theres something about last of the mochicans that has me coming back again and again.

Music- depand on the mood and actions - world music, reggee, rock and roll, dance, clasical, folk...

sometimes i turn up the music very loud and listen to epic soundtracks such as gladiator or last of the mohicans, this also works very well when playing the boardgame Risk.
