About Me
CURRENT MISSION
HEELLLOOOO, old and new friends! It has been many years since I was last active on Couchsurfing... Out of sheer curiosity, I decided to log into my account today(11/3/2021) and discovered, quite to my surprise, a grand total of THIRTY-SEVEN Friend Requests which have been flying under the radar for far too long! So, the FIRST thing I'm gonna do right now is to accept ALL of them! Then, later, I will start getting re-connected with y'all...
Opening up my home again this year to people on their ways to Burning Man! 1350 Breaker Way, Sparks.
Assist people from abroad in having the best Burning Man Experience possibl
Extrovert, party animal, Burning Man fanatic, father of 31 year old son, skier, boating enthusiast, organizer, guide...
PHILOSOPHY
"Talk is cheap; actions speak louder than words!", "Get all you can, while you can!" "No secrets between friends!" "You only live once!" "Why not?" "I never wanna grow up!" "There's a big difference between 'use' and 'abuse'..." "There's no such thing as too many friends!"
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
First-Class hospitality for folks from abroad, especially Burners!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Hundreds upon hundreds of houseguests since 2002, mostly Burners.
Interests
One of my personal goals, established in my teens, was to do everything I can to make the world a better place, AND to make as many friends that I possibly can over my lifetime. I have succeeded well
at both!

- tourism
Music, Movies, and Books
Music? We'll start with this: The world's GREATEST cellist: Hauser. Then, there is: The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Aerosmith, Country Western, RAGING trance techno, psychedelic chillspace
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Snorkeling with my son (10 at the time), off Ambergris Caye (Belize), surrounded by an enormous school of nurse sharks. Cave diving near Cancun. Two tandem and one solo skydive. Watching my son being born. Participation in the creation and destruction of the Temple of Transition (Burning Man 2011)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Depending upon time of year, I like taking people on boat tours of nearby Pyramid Lake, owned and kept primitive and undeveloped, deliberately, by the native American tribe who have lived in that area for 10,000 years. In my opinion, it is the most gorgeous lake in the entire state of Nevada.
