I've lived in Kenya for 7 years of my life and loved it there. I attended Wake Forest University as an English major. I currently manage a coffee shop in Charlottesville. I love adventure, good books, comics, music, coffee, video games, and bike ridin'. I currently run feistygoatcoffee.com

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've couchsurfed with hosts in Toulouse France, and Sydney Australia. I've hosted kids from New York and Canada as well. I believe in this project and welcome any travelers. I've hosted two people at my Aunt and Uncle's house in North Carolina, but I got space at uni now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had great experiences with CS. I think that most of the people that participate love to meet people and travel vicariously through their hostees adventures. It's a great community, and I've enjoyed all my stays.

Interests

COFFEE. I have been working with coffee since high school and am working towards owning my own roasting company. I love to roast, brew, and serve the best coffee in the world to anyone interested!

Riding my bike along the Otago Rail Trail with my girlfriend. Riding my motorcylce in Kenya. Camping in the foothills of the Great Rift Valley. Rafting the Nile. Drinking coffee in Egypt. Drinking wine and smoking a pipe in Gulf Harbor NZ. Bike riding in downtown Winston-Salem with Nathan.
