About Me

I used to leave everything if someone called me and said let's go play soccer. Now I am lookinf for a new sport. I love travelling, sticking to the moment, whenever possible and taking walks trough foreign citys, my hometown and nature. In cities I love to explore on my own. In nature I love to be with company.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it is one of the best things for experiencing foreign and known places and getting a hint of what is beneath the surface.

Interests

all kinds of sports, especially soccer, taking walks, listening to music, drawing, painting, ceramics, reading, good conversations, going on walks, going to concerts, going out to eat by myself of with family or friends, cooking, and whatever my mind feels drawn to.

Music, Movies, and Books

Some of my favorite
- books: Le petit prince, Bartleby ... right now: fairy-tales from around the world
- music: Edith Piaf, Gianna Nannini ... right now: Rewrite the stars
- films: Little miss sunshine, Claud Atlas ... a lot of music, books and films and a lot to come.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been on a dune in Denmark which moves across the country and is very very big. Once we got all the way up the dune and were in the middle of it we couldn't see anything but sand and thought we were in a sandy desert like the Sahara. It was very peacefull and somehow apart of our world. Meanwhile I did get the opportunity to spend a night in the desert in Iran and it is peaceful, marveillous and worth a trip. The Profilpicture was taken at a lake in norther Germany wich is really huge but at no place realy deep so you can walk (I guess approximatly one kilometre) trough the entire lake. It was also a great experience on an geology-excursion which was very interestiong and insightful.

Teach, Learn, Share

it differs. What I would like to learn and share is to find the common within the variety.
