Overview
About Me
I was born in SA, grew up most of my life in Scotland and live in Canada now. I am traveling for the next 2 years with my boyfriend teaching English one in Taiwan. We plan to explore as many countries as possible before and after teaching English in Asia. I love learning about new cultures, different ways of life and meeting local people to truly learn and understand a country.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have lived in 4 countries and traveled to almost 30 countries and have found meeting local people one of the best aspects of traveling. Not only do you make some friends for life but they often teach and show you things you simply wouldn't know if you just followed a guide book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went white water rafting in New Zealand and raffted down the highest commercially raftable waterfall in the world. It was 7m high, doesn't seem crazy high when you looked at it but when the boat went under the waterfall it was pretty nuts.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to bake really good blueberry pies or loafs and can share my vegan dishes with you (I'm not vegan but they are amazing and I love cooking).
I learnt Spanish in university but would love to brush up and become more fluent.
