Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After losing my job in early 2024, I decided to leave the 9-to-5 behind and backpack through South America and Europe. I've spent many months immersing myself in new experiences—whether it's hiking through the Andes, white water rafting in the Amazon, or making my way across Europe. I believe in living fully and connecting with the world around me.

Traveling isn't just about ticking places off a list for me; it's about connecting with the locals and sharing experiences. Couchsurfing sounds like an amazing way to do just that, whether it's over a hot drink, a night out, or sharing space with a host. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I volunteered to replace a sick friend as crew on a small 4 person yacht to cross the Pacific Ocean, spending a month going from Panama to Galapagos Islands and exploring them, even though I get very badly sea sick. 😂😂😂
