About Me

Back in living in NZ, looking forwards to doing all the things that living in New Zealand affords those living here

ABOUT ME

Telling bad jokes, i'm a guy, likes traveling and eating the food in the new places i travel to, relatively out going but don't ask me to go hiking i'll probably leave you in the dust. But i am just as happy to sit around and have a chat, any questions just ask

PHILOSOPHY

Travel, laugh, live and learn, really theres not much else that you need to do

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by making the people i meet laugh.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Getting left behind and lost in a foreign city i don't know in the middle of the night, good times good times.

Interests

Like being outdoors and doing exciting activities, like eating most food especially if its a little weird. Not really a big club person as i find it is hard to communicate with other people (minor hearing issues from working with loud machinery).. I'll try most things once. Love scuba diving but finding free diving more and more enjoyable, something about pushing the body and the sense of tranquillity.

Music, Movies, and Books

White fang, call of the wild, Lotrs and the hobbit, freakonomics. The Child Thief( its a dark retelling of peter pan, really good read), erogon. When the war began series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving definitely do it again, bungee jumped will do it again from a high postion this time, swam with 6-7 ft sharks in Coiba national park in Panama, free diving, climbed volcanos, climbed 5700 meter mountain and had a snowstorm on an ice face on the way down was awesome.

Been traveling through south and central america for the last year, i spent 6 months working on a tourist sail boat, delivering happy backpackers from Cartagena, Colombia to Pañama and vis versa, through the loverly San Blas island. When given the tools, equipment , time and an idea i don't mind making things.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to milk a cow, dig a hole and light things on fire, also i could probably built a pretty sweet survival bed, I'm pretty good with things like that for some reason. I can teach you how to do a handstand and to walk for a short time on your hands.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Lots of laughs, smiles and good company.
