About Me

I've always been interested in travel but the last few years it has become more than just an interest. Travel is my life and my passion. This past year I went on a three month travel program through Thailand. It was amazing and we met so many amazing people. Afterwards, instead of going home, I flew to Europe to try solo travel for the first time. It was the most amazing experience I've ever had in my life. I started in Dubrovnik, Croatia and over a span of two months I visited nearly a dozen countries. I met some of the most amazing people while traveling (both locals and other travelers). It's incredible to finally meet people with a sense of wanderlust and curiosity.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While I love hostels, I want to start meeting and interacting with locals and their communities more. As I continue and improve my traveling, I'm visiting smaller towns/cities, venturing into wilderness, and trying to make my experiences more authentic. I feel that by meeting with and staying with locals, I can gain knowledge and memories while hopefully providing a great experience for hosts too.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all types of music and love listening to local music wherever I travel. I prefer action/comedy movies or documentaries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a week living on a rescue elephant sanctuary in Northern Thailand. It was so amazing and we got to spend a bunch of time feeding, washing, and caring for them. There were three adult females plus one of them had a three month old baby. The baby was the cutest animal ever and he was very playful.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach travel tips, cooking, English, and more. I am hoping to learn more about photography, hiking/nature trekking, and I always love learning about new cultures and customs. I love to share my stories with people and hope to build new memories with CS.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a very talented chef and can cook just about anything. I love cooking for people and I feel that it is the best way I can show appreciation and care for someone. I can also share knowledge of other countries and amazing stories.
