ABOUT ME

Not great at these things...I run a lot, half and full trail marathons every now and then. I like to work out and pay attention to what I eat. I would like to get better at cooking and maybe even start growing my own vegetables. I love live music and you'll often find me a show during the week. I miss my motorcycle and hope to get back into rowing.
As far traveling, I have backpacked South America, I lived in South Korea for a year, been to Europe on multiple occasions...oh and can't forget the occasional drive to Mexico in college.
I love meeting new people and pride myself in my ability to hold a conversation with just about anyone!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I signed up a long time ago but never got around to surfing. I now have my own place and a comfy fold-out couch. I hope I can facilitate peoples' need for a place to crash. I will always have an open door...and couch

I have played all kinds of sports, but now that I am older, I stick to trail running and working out. I really love running and staying in shape.

I love all types of music (seriously), movies (really really) and books (I gear toward non-fiction and content I can grow from. I can't read them fast enough). I am open and really love experiencing new media.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

"Amazing" is a strong description. Not sure if they qualify, but I backpacked Argentina and Bolivia for 2 months by myself. I didn't use Couchsurfing, but just stuck to Hostels. After returning home, I had the travel bug and couldn't wait to get back out there so I moved to South Korea and taught English for a year.
