I'm 31 years old Czech guy from Prague. I finished my BSc degree at CTU here in Prague and currently I herd bytes in various computers.

I'm a cat person and kidult fascinated by dystopia and cyberspace.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I'd like to meet people from various places, talk, share and learn. It's always good to have friends not only in your neighborhood.

As long as I'm at my place I'll be happy to share my couch. When I'm traveling I always prefer to spend my time with locals or fellow travelers rather than in sane hotel room. And it's not money thing.

Interests

I'm sort of geek, love math (yeah really!) and computers. I'm also passionate video game player as I grew up in time of arcade cabinets and TV games. I am really into Japanese manga/anime subculture.

I love to travel and visit places not mentioned in travel guides. Especially those entangled in dystopian/cyberpunkish atmosphere. I eternally love walking the streets of Tokyo.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to various genres of music depending on my mood. My favourite genres usually float somewhere between metal and electronic music.
As for books and movies I mostly like anything that makes me drift far away from today's reality. Be it science fiction or fantasy.

I'd rather not name my favourite bands, books and movies. I'll keep them secret so we can talk about them IRL.

I read a lot, my favorite authors are Kafka and Murakami. I also love to read steampunk and cyberpunk stories and generally books where really weird things happen.

Teach, Learn, Share

Can teach you how to talk to robots, computers (seriously, I am a Software Engineer) and also how to protect your data on Internet. I can show you how to play Bass guitar and give you some pointers for playing good video games and/or watching masterpiece anime series :)
