Hi! I am Blanca and I am 23. I am from Barcelona (Spain) but I am currently living in Aachen (Germany) doing an Eramus and finishing the Master degree in Aerospace Engineering. I love travelling and getting to know people from all around. In my free time I love swimming, dancing, painting and reading. When travelling I like to just get lost in the stress of a city and discover hidden places or hike aorund in the countryside (I specially love to climb mountains or go to the top point of a city to see the views). I love to discover the place culture: food, music and of course people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This year I would like to travel aorund in Europe and getting to know people. So, Couchsourfing is the better way to do that. You can meet people from the place and show you the best places of its land and share the time together.
Of course, I would also be glad to accommodate or getting to know people in Aachen (even it is not my birth place...).

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading, specially novels: crime, history, sci-fi novels... My favourite books are the ones from Khaled Hosseini. About movies I am a Tarantino's films lover and also like Tim Burton style. I also love psycological type films.

About music I love listening to different styles. Ska, rumba and reggae (and some rap songs) definetly make my day, but also a rock classic song. I dance contemporary and classical music, but when going out I enjoy also latin songs.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I offer my enthusiasm in geting to know places and people and also in sharing my experiences. I am an easy-going open minded person. We could speak about everything: traveling, life experiences, culture, sport, politics... I would love to share about my homeland (Barcelona) and also my mother's homeland (a small village in Spain which I love) and also learn from your homeland and its culture. I love cooking and I could prepare typical dishes from my homeland. I speak spanish and catalan, so I also could teach or we could practice some of these languages if you had interest.
