I believe I'm a really calm and independent person. I really enjoy trying new experiences or discovering something new everytime I get the chance.

I'm in love with art but also with the smallest things like a good cup of coffee or a learning something new.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've had heard about Couchsurfing some time ago through some friends that were in the community and they seem to be really happy with the experience. They have told me some great stories and encouraged me to join since I usually stay at hostels. I was really curious about this and I don't know why I've waited so long to join.

I love to travel and this seems like a really nice and secure place, so I really wanna try it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music, I love Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Lou Reed, The Pixies, Gainsbourg... anything from the sixties, the fifties too, lots of singles from that time. Music from all around the world, especially South America. I found a web that's great for that it's called Radiooooo, it's so good.

Movies, so far Wong Kar Wai is one of my favorite directors, Chunking Express and In the Mood for Love are incredible, he has a special sensibility and the soundtracks are amazing. Also Almodóvar, some western movies, Rome, open city, Una Giornata Particolare. There are so many great movies out there, I'm finding new ones all the time.

Books, Henry Miller, Kafka, Hermann Hesse, James Barrie, Peter Pan is one of my favorite books, also The Little White Bird. Dostoievski, White Nights, The Gambler, Crime and Punishment. Chejov, The Wild Duck, any Russian writer actually, they are something else. Azorín, Lorca Cela, some philosophy... I don't know there are so many of them, but my favorite ones are tales, little tales from all around the world, they seem so little but they are so honest in their own way.
