About Me

My name is Blanca and I'm a 20 years old student from Hamburg, Germany.
I'm a really outgoing and active person. I really like any kind of sports but my heart really belongs to tennis and football. My free time I mainly use to spend time with friends and family, workout, read, explore new places and create any kind of creative content. I'm a very humorous person who uses a lot of irony (probably a bit too much from time to time) and the best times for me are when I'm surrounded by fun people who I can laugh, chat and have one (or a few more) beers with.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the last years I traveled a lot and had great experiences with hostels. Although, I really enjoyed my stays around the world, I always wanted to get closer with the locals to get a better feeling for the culture and to make the trip more unique. The last three years I lived in the US (Massachusetts and Maine) and one of them with a host family which was one of the best experiences because I really got involved and treated like a local. This is why I wanna couchsurf on more of my trips. I can't wait to make new connections and friends!

Music, Movies, and Books

Right now I really love Billie Eilish and Imagine Dragons but I really listen to every kind of music from Indie to EDM or German music.
I read whatever falls into my lap. Recently I've read "Becoming" by Michelle Obama and "A day in December" by Josie Silver.
I don't really have a favourite movie but the last one I've watched was "Beautiful Boy" and it was truly a great movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably becoming vegan. It truly changed my outlook on life.

How to actually survive as a vegan lol I know it sounds crazy that you can actually survive because don't vegans only eat grass??
