To walk until our toes ache, bike until our legs can no longer pedal, swim, smile, dance, learn and eat with others. Looking forward to 6 months travelling Europe and northern Africa.

ABOUT ME

We're two! Keiran and Blanca. We're a couple and have been living together for 7 years now since we moved to Portland. We both have one American parent. Keiran has a parent from England, I have one from Spain. I grew up in Spain during my high-school years. Keiran is from Burlington, Vermont.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Last week was our intro to couchsurfing and it has been awesome so far. We have had great guests and have surfed wonderful couches (beds actually, we've gotten lucky).

Books: Just finished the Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins, sci-fi, Laurie Notaro's hilarious work, right now I'm readying a lot of Oregon history.

Music: punk rock, rock-n-roll, Bratmobile, Buffalo Springfield, Patsy Cline, 80's dance music, Meatloaf, etc..

Movies: sci-fi, thriller, indie films, cult movies, silly romantic comedies, a bit of everything.

Riding camels in the Sahara, getting on a city bus in Malta, taking a hike through the Redwoods of Oregon and California.

Keiran is a great music teacher and can play guitar, bass, piano and bit of drums. I really like to cook, garden, can teach you spanish or english and chat your ear off about the role of feminism in geography.
