About Me

Hello ! I am a young woman passionated about travels, philosophy, food, theater, and many others things. Currently in Madrid for 4 months, I am willing to meet people via Couchsurfing, wether in Madrid or in the towns and villages nearby I want to visit.

I am studying in a business school, but I have studied literature, philosophy history and other stuff before that.
I am a member of a theater society, and I dedicate a lot of time to it. I also participate to the creation of a student guide of Paris and have been volunteering for two years to help refugee people to improve their French level and find a job.
I love discovering new places and new people. Even though I can be quite quiet, I love laughing, dancing, talking late at nigh, good music and good beer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am already passionated about travelling : I love discovering amazing landscapes, new cultures, and living intenses experiences. I am quite adventurous, and love to travel on my own. Now, I would like to travel in a more authentic way ! I have never used Couchsurfing yet, but I decided to try after hearing all the amazing stories of my friends who are fans of it. I would like to meet people and share unforgettable moments with them.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite singer is a French one, Barbara ! Some would say her songs are so sad, but to me, they only express the struggles of life in an extraordinarily poetic way ! I also love rock and folk (Leonard Cohen, Simon &Garfunkel, the Beatles, Bob Dylan), independent music, and electro such as Vitalic, Gesafelstein...

My favorite books are The Unbearable lightness of being of Kundera, Journey to the end of the night of Celine, La Promesse de l'Aube of Romain Gary. I also love reading theater, and many other things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One year ago, I went to Togo for one month to volunteer. I was in charge of organizing a cultural festival and working for environmental awareness. It has been an unforgettable experience, that gave me the chance to meet amazing people willing to share their culture with me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you French language (even if it is a very tough language, to learn and to teach), and French dishes. I love eating, cooking, and I will be glad to share it to you.
