About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live, learn, and explore

ABOUT ME

I'm not big on regrets and believe that every past experience, whether it be good or bad, can provide a good lesson to learn from. I'm big on adventure, spontaneity, and on doing things outside-of-the-box.

PHILOSOPHY

Treating people with respect and kindness is a good trait to live by, and I think the world needs more of it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now, I participate by being on the website and spreading the CS love to unaware friends! I've been on the site for awhile, but my usage is spotty. I'm working on changing that!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While in Brazil, my roommates and I hosted two girls from Spain. They were great, it was a cool experience, and I'd definitely do it again. I've also met couchsurfers for meetups and have made friends.

Interests

Traveling, eating, learning, reading, movies, music, crazy adventure activities, working out, biking, being outside, people watching, random exploring, trying new things, history, current events/politics

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm all over the place with these...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are many, but I have especially fond memories of these two:

Hitch-hiked on the back of a farmer's truck to get to a nearly abandoned, off-the-beaten-path, Berber village in the middle of the Tunisian desert. The village was awesome. I felt as if I had stepped back into time. Definitely a place that very few people ever see. The hitch-hiking wasn't my idea!

I (illegally?) climbed up the baddest volcano in all of Central America, the one and only Volcan Conception on Isla de Ometepe, Nicaragua. One of the scariest and most beautiful things that I've had the pleasure to do.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Egypt, Greece, Jordan, Mexico, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Oman, Spain, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates

Countries I’ve Lived In

Brazil, France, South Korea, United States
