Overview
About Me
I am an aspiring midwife, world traveler, and adventure seeker. Sounds a little too happy go lucky so I'll add that I like to live for the moment, do the unexpected, and never look back.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Meeting new people, taking adventures, and laughing along the way make the spice of life. You never know who is out there unless you put your couch out there.
Interests
Dancing, reading, exploring, yoga, standing up for what I believe in, and a new found interest in staying on strangers' couches. Update: hiking, traveling, ice skating, wine sipping, and laughing.

Music, Movies, and Books
Oldies, indie, alternative, some country music, and a new found interest in rap and NPR is what you'll find on playing on my radio.
Dirty Dancing and all the Adam Sandler movies are the films I've seen repeatedly and still love.
Historical fiction and Paulo Coehlo books are what I can get lost in, but right now my nursing school books should be my favorite.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
After searching my brain for something amazing I have done I'll share more about what I have been doing the last 2 years of my life. I have worked in a mental institute with forensic patients and befriended one who says he is Jesus. I have sat, talked, laughed, and cried with cancer patients who do not know how long they have left to live. I have supported a woman through labor and cradled the brand new baby in my arms.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share the great breweries of Cinci, I can teach you how to make crepes or ice skate, and you can teach me how to play guitar or any other fun crazy skill you have!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Laughter, stories, and adventures. Wine, cheese, and a good ole Minnesotan accent.
