ABOUT ME

I am an energetic and easy going person, and I am always up for meeting new people, exploring new places, and learning about new kinds of music.

I really enjoy live music at small venues, black coffee, fun parties and a good micro-brew. I am always looking for these things when I travel too, along with local food!

I am one of the founding members of the Bike Peoria Co-op, and I play banjo in the friendly neighborhood bluegrass band: New Cats on the Block.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have enjoyed couchsurfing while on road trips through the U.S, and I have met many CSers while traveling abroad.

I have also hosted a number of times in Atlanta and Peoria.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've done a number of road trips in the U.S. and I always have a great time surfing and meeting other couch surfers.

During the 2010 Tour de Blim: "Southern Hospitality Bus Tour" Car Tour I made it from Atlanta to Austin and back in 3 weeks and hit 6 other spots along the way. For the 2011 Tour de Blim: "Some Beach, Somewhere, some Blim" feat. Jimmy Buffett I made it down to the southernmost point, and hit 7 other spots in Florida. On the Tour de Blim V: The Unexpected Adventure I found 6 couches plus some awesome camping throughout Arizona and southern California. I can't wait to see where future road trips will take me!

Intereses

Bikes & bluegrass, technology gadgets and random science facts, fun hats, jazz piano, traveling (drrr), yelling at Bill O'Riley on fox news, and any bar with live music.
