I like meeting new people, listening to their stories and exchanging experiences. I'm an honest, curious and open-minded girl who doesn't take herself too seriously.
At the moment I'm teaching Dutch in a high school. In the evenings I like to go out for a drink or for dinner, go to the gym, meet friends, go to concerts or just chill at home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have not had any Couchsurfing experience so far... But I can not wait to surf/host, because I think it's a great way to meet interesting people and see the world in a whole new way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I prefer to read Dutch and English novels and also fashion and news magazines. Tarantino, Almodovar, Inaritu make the type of movies I like and I listen to all types of music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Ecuador for eight weeks to teach English and give swimming lessons to children. It has been the most enriching experience of my life so far. The people were so warm, thankful and open!

If you come to Ghent, I'll show you around our lovely city. We'll eat fries, waffles, chocolate and drink beers! And walk some more to lose all the weight we just gained ;)
